White, Fleming & Company was founded in 1971 and is one of the largest local accounting firms in the Huntsville, Alabama area with 25 professionals. The principals in the firm are Sidney R. White and William L. Fleming, who between them have over 60 years experience in the practice of public accounting in the Huntsville area. Our staff includes 12 Certified Public Accountants (see contact info for listing) and the majority of the staff has been with the firm for over 15 years. Our practice is focused on serving small and mid-sized businesses and includes, among other services, pension/profit sharing and cafeteria plan administration (see client services for details on most services provided) but centered on the traditional core accounting services; auditing, taxation, accounting for small business and payroll outsourcing. Our firm is committed to providing quality and timely services. We are a member of the AICPA Private Companies Practice Section and are required to have an independent peer review every three years as part of this commitment. We have received an unqualified opinion at every peer review we have had since joining in 1989. We also require that all accounting staff receive 40 hours of continuing education every year to continue to provide quality services in the ever-changing world of public accounting.
